The location Dietzenbach in the Rhein Main Area has the optimal position for a fast logistical access via the hub Frankfurt am Main to the whole of Europe. Our very well trained engineers have different skill levels depending on the requirements. On a service, repair and logistics area of about 2,500 m² our team operates on a high performance level every day. With great dedication we provide integrated IT lifecycle services, professional repair services, deskside services, remote services and managed logistics services for our successful global customers. All solutions can be integrated into existing IT structures and are flexibly scalable: From individual service components up to complete service solutions all service processes offer our customers a transparent total cost of ownership.

ISR services and workflows are completely oriented towards well recognized standards and approaches. Our processes are based on the IT infrastructure library (ITIL) Service Management Framework and on ISO certification. The IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) is a collection of publications, which describes a sensfull implementation of IT service management and developed to as a standard in the market. The IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) plays an essential role in the provision of managed services.

The quality assurance system according to norm ISO 9001:2008 is continously checked and at least once a year audited and documented to guarantee the professional suitability and effectiveness. For that the qualification of our experts is of vital importance and we achieve this target through purposive trainings and certifications. Quality is planned systematically, proactive precaution and error prevention is our premise.
