Deskside Services
Although remote services become more and more efficient, whether regarding service desk or infrastructure, there is still a need for onsite support. Espescially for locations with a high number of employees.
The ISR Deskside Support Service aims to provide 2nd level solutions, to restore hardware and software or to work on an incident, which could not be solved by the service desk.
In case of larger customer branches a dedicated deskside support can be established in the location. Therefore we offer engineers, that take care of these locations exclusively. For the technical support of smaller locations, ISR uses engineers, that cover up a region and visit a location on demand and if needed according to predefined SLA - enabling a cost-effective solution.
The modular development of our services allows a seamless integration in the tool-controlled process chain of our customers.

This service can include for example the following performances:
Onsite handling of application problems on work stations, notebooks and smart mobile devices – operating system, microsoft office, email applications and internet.
Service requests, espescially hardware upgrades, will be performed by the deskside service team, whether triggered by the ISR´s management tool ServiceNow or by a separate service desk structure.
Moreover the deskside support can also cover the inventory administration including replacement parts, new procurement, delivery and onsite installation.
Implementation & Roll Out Services

Inshop Repair Center
We offer qualified repairs of IT technology in our 2,500 m² repair center. To fix common defects of hardware we facilitate a large repair storage with a stock of commonly required replacement parts for devices from MDE to laptops up to printers.
Of course we can also take care of the warranty handling process with the manufacturers, so you can save time and administrative expenses.
In close connection with our service desk, technical onsite service, manufacturers and our logistical capabilities we deliver a seamless and timely repair cycle.

Remote Services
Via remote services we take care of your IT infrastructure without interfering with your business processes. This service can for example include periodical updates of software and wireless networks to ensure actual security mechanisms or it can be used to immediately resolve incidents in a timely and cost efficient manner.
